  2. Your mission… • Your silly lab tech did not label tubes of purified plasmid DNA that you need for your experiments!! Silly Lab Tech!!! • Plasmid sequences are available from http://faculty.pingry.org/domara/StupidLabTech.htm • You must now identify the unlabeled tubes from restriction digestions performed by the lab tech…Also unlabeled!!! • You have the plasmids pGLO, pAMP, and pKAN. • You have the restriction enzymes HindIII, EcoRI, BamHI, and AseIavailable.

  3. There is some good news, though… -For each plasmid, you know that there are two single and one double digestion. -Enzymes may be used more than once in a gel. -In some cases, you may not be able to figure out exactly which enzyme was used. **Make sure in your write-up that you use specific data to support your claim as to which plasmid is in each gel and which enzymes were used in each digestion. “Light at the end of the tunnel”
