  3. I LOVE PDHPE lessons! It’s fun to learn about the way decision making can influence your life. PE lessons are also very fun! PDHPE teaches skills that are essential for the growth and development of students. These include: Personal health choices Interpersonal relationships Nutrition Bullying and stereotypes issues Road Safety Peers, groups and families Communication Sexuality, and many more. SOPHIE

  4. PDHPE promotes physical activity. Experts suggest all individuals should spend 30 minutes doing moderate physical activity per day to live a healthy lifestyle. • PDHPE provides students with frequent opportunities to develop and apply movement skills and to develop positive attitudes towards regular physical activity.
