  2. First Step Signed expat contract Sign Loan Agreement Open Bank account Complete the Direct Deposit Form Copy of Voided Check I-9 Form Follow the link in your welcome letter for complete information and instructions . Apply for SSN Allow 5 to 7 business days before applying

  3. Loan • Loan amounts are regulated by the government. • Must have items (loan agreement, direct deposit form, voided check) and received by EOD Monday • Loan is direct deposited into your personal account on Friday • Repayment is automatically withheld from your paycheck. • You are responsible to repay your loan in full

  4. Advances • Advances are paid semi monthly (according to the manual schedule). • Advances are direct deposited into your bank account. • Payments are figured on days worked and are taxed at a highest level. • Advances do not include Child care or any Benefits deductions..

  5. Employment Eligibility Form (I-9) • This is a government form which must be completed within 3-business days of your first working day in the U.S. • Information and Instructions on how to complete the form are listed in the link below: • http://www.amdocs.com/Careers/NewHires/USA/WelcomeInformation/NewHireInformation/Pages/I-9Information.aspx • If you have any questions concerning I-9 Form, please contact I9USA@amdocs.com

  6. Child Care Allowance Expats are entitled to Child Care Allowance • Eligible Children - from birth and stops once child can attend first grade, as determined by your school district. • Amount is determined by location and number of eligible children. • Payments begin for eligible children with relocation effective from your FWD. • A Child Care form must be submitted to begin payments. • Child Care Allowance is not included in salary advances; however, your first paycheck is adjusted to include childcare back pay. NOTE: Additional children born during relocation will be eligible for child care allowance from date of birth. A child care form must be submitted to begin additional payment.

  7. Social Security Number Once you have received your SSN, your Lifecycle representative will place you on payroll. In order to do this, we will need the following forms: • Copy of SSN card • PIF – Personal Information Sheet • W4 Federal Tax Forms • State Tax Forms (if applicable) • Child Care form (If applicable)

  8. Credit Cards • Corporate AMEX • Manager must sign application • The “Departure Date” should match the date on your I-94 • Credit card is only for corporate expenses • Reimbursements are made by submitting an expense report to A/P • You are responsible for paying the balance in full each pay cycle • This credit card does not help you establish credit history • Will take 5 to 7 business days to process • Personal Visa • Helps to establish personal credit • Spouse can be an authorized user but not a co-signer • Must have a permanent home address, alternative phone number and SSN • Will take 3 to 4 weeks to process • You are responsible for paying the balance in full each pay cycle

  10. Good to know…. • You will receive advances until you are placed on payroll. • You are placed on payroll once we have all the necessary forms and your SSN • Your 1st paycheck after you are placed on payroll will be direct deposited to your U.S. bank account.
