Cardinals Interact Calling all Class of 2017 • Are you interested in attending camps, visiting various businesses around San Diego, learning about different careers, meeting new people, and getting a scholarship, all while having lots of fun? If so, then apply to Cardinals Interact today!  Applications are in the counseling center and they must be done in blue or black ink and returned by Oct. 2nd. Completed applications can be turned into the counseling center in the Cardinals Interact Bin or in the Main office.

  19. CROSS COUNTRY HURRY! The Hoover Cross Country team is looking for male and female runners of all abilities to join the 2014 team. Earn a varsity letter while you have fun, learn to push yourself,  get in shape, make friends, get academic support, and travel to competitions. To join, meet us for practice at 2:50 in front of the boys' locker room    (1:55 on short Wednesdays).   Coach Hoskisson

  20. PLAY SOCCER There will be a Boys and Girls Soccer meeting during lunch this Thursday, September 11th at 11:50 in the Big Gym. All students interested in playing for Hoover should plan to attend this informational meeting.

Gates Millennium Scholar Male Initiative 20 students from Hoover will be selected to attend the Gates Millennium Scholar Male Initiative on Saturday, October 4, 2014 The half day conference is an interactive event that will provide the tools to complete high school and attend college. The program provides eligible students with scholarships to complete undergrad education! Contact Ms. Melissa Naranjo, CAC Director, Counseling Center.
