  4. Scheduling Elements • Members • Equipment, building areas, output points controlled by a schedule • Events • Time when the equipment is controlled On or Off • Schedule can be different for each day of the week

  7. Adding Schedule Members • Equipment is added as a member of a schedule for control • A member can only be in one schedule

  9. Selecting Event Types • Binary output and UCM members use ‘Normal’ events types • Area members use: • Normal • Optimal • Night Economize • Lighting • Analog output members use ‘Set Analog’ event type

  10. Area Schedules are Different • Area members can be scheduled as: • Normal Event • Optimal Event • Night Economize Event • Add a lighting member and control as: • Lighting Event

  11. Setting Up Event Times • Set start/stop times for available event types • Night Economize setup if Area member exists • Set Analog setup if Analog Output member exists

  13. Schedule Linked Days • Select 1 or more days where schedule applies

  14. Scheduling Linked Days Linked Days Specifies the days for which the displayed events apply

  15. Changing Schedules Change Members • Right-click in members field Edit Options Include: • Add Members • Remove Member(s) • Set Member Offset • Start advance time • Stop delay time

  16. Modifying an Existing Schedule Change ST/SP times • Right-click on event time bar • Use up/down arrows • Type over values Change Optimal Limits • Optimal member? • Grayed out means unavailable option Delete unneeded events

  17. Changing Linked Days Change Linked Days: • Modify Linked Days editor is displayed when Save button pressed • Select days that apply to changed schedule

Understanding the Hierarchy of Schedule Events • Daily Events (lowest priority) • Events occur daily • Separate time events may exist for each day • Holidays or exceptions can override • Holiday Events (medium priority) • Holiday overrides a daily event • Define for future calendar days • Holiday can be applied to multiple schedules • Exception Events (highest priority) • Exception overrides both daily and holidays events • Define a future calendar day • Exception templates can be applied to multiple future dates

  19. Creating Exception Days • Edit schedule event • Select Exception button • Exceptions can be: • One time only (single future date) • Templates (applied to multiple future dates

  20. Creating Exception Templates • Create like single date exception • Apply exception template under ‘Edit’ in main menu. • Exception only applies to schedule in which it was created • Set duration of exception

  21. Creating Holidays • Select future date in schedule for holiday • Holiday created in one schedule, can be applied to multiple schedules • Events change in each schedule • Once a holiday is created, it cannotbe deleted

  22. Using the Schedule Edit Options • Alternate path to schedule edit functions • Apply exception templates • Remove assigned exceptions or holidays • Lists all assigned exceptions or holidays How is a schedule deleted?
