  9. NOTES: • NOTE that school fees are subject to revision as need arises but ample notice shall be given. • All payments to Simfex Academy should be through the office and Parents or guardians should demand for a receipt for any payment to SIMFEX Academy; • NOTE further that all school fees paid on installment basis shall be paid before 10th and 30th of 1st and 2nd months respectively. • Lunch is provided to pupils by Simfex Academy on request from parents or guardians. For break, parents are encouraged to pack a light meal for their children.

  10. NOTES: • The SIMFEX Academy uniform is black for trousers, neck-tie, skirts and jerseys while the shirts are purple. The sports attire is black for a pair of shorts and yellow for a jersey; • It is preferable (but not a must) that SIMFEX Academy uniforms are purchased from the Academy to maintain the same style of uniforms; • The Academy will only allow black leather shoes, white long socks for girls and grey medium socks for boys;

  11. NOTES • Exercise Books, Pens, Pencils, Crayons, etc shall be provided by parents. We also encourage parents to buy text books for their children for their effective studies; • Children from Grades 1 to 7 who shall break or damage any school property shall be required to replace or repair the damaged property. • If children in pre-school break any property, the charges shall be on the teachers present at the occurrence of that incident;

  12. NOTES • Termly report forms will only be issued to pupils who have paid all the school fees. A fee of K20 will be charged for non collection of school reports during open days; • Parents will not be allowed to cause any act of confusion at the school premises. Any dispute shall be referred to the Head Teacher and where the resolution of this dispute fails, it shall then be referred to the Director; • Any queries concerning the pupils’ academic performance shall be referred to the Class Teacher either in writing or verbally

  13. SIMFEX OFFICE HOURS • Office hours are 07:00 hrs to 19:30 hrs from Monday to Friday • and 14:00 hrs to 18:30 hrs on weekends and holidays. THANK YOU
