In today's challenging economic landscape, with rising unemployment in Europe and severe pollution levels in China, our initiative focuses on empowering students from Finland through tailored career coaching and placement opportunities in Shanghai. We collaborate with local companies to provide free services for students, including career planning, relocation support, and intercultural communication workshops. By fostering connections with potential partners and organizing engaging events, we aim to nurture a new generation of leaders who will think big and act accordingly.
