  15. Let Us Now Praise Famous Men James Agee

  16. This story is an autobiography of James, This book was created to give off his lifestyle and what was going on during the 1940s when it was published. This autobiography had no real genre. It was still a good story. Walker evens had helped write the book. This being the story he wrote out of sympathy and guilt

  17. The Great Depression was occurring during the writing and publishing of this book. (1941) It was mainly created because of someone wanting an original article from him. (of course it was too long to contribute) so it was turned into a book.

  18. I believe his literature would have hit all ages sizes shapes and colors. He was being influential and telling what he thought was going on. It was a story of someone being honest with the world but also having sympathy

  19. The biography is something made in history. Of course it would be significant for our day and age. Since we’re going through a small portion of what they went through.

  20. “This gap between subject and writer faced Agee like a dark abyss as he desperately tried to build a bridge across it. It is this bridge, or at least the attempt to build it, that makes Let Us Now Praise Famous Men different than other documentary works.” This gap between subject and writer faced Agee like a dark abyss as he desperately tried to build a bridge across it.
