  8. REMINDERS If it is a true emergency, a work order needs to be submitted and the Response Center needs to be called at 831-6731. Make sure communications are clear and all the proper parties are informed of the situation. Make sure there is a contact person on the work order with the correct contact number. This person should be able to answer any questions about the work order submitted. Make sure test your equipment (Bleachers, Scoreboards, Back Stops, stadiums lights, etc.) at least one week prior to the events. HVAC should not be selected as a location. DO NOT select the first location you see. RFI stands for REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. This is for information only not to request for materials. DO NOT put in a second request into Maximo. Call the Response Center to find out the status of the original request. It would be helpful to have the original request number when calling.
