Customs and beliefs Coastal tribe Plateau tribe They believed in Spirit Quest Their customs were celebrating milestones, marriage, funerals, girl puberty ceremonys One of the last customs is the boy whipping ceremony: where boys 5-10 got whipped so they wouldn’t get sick during the winter.
