COCOM Baseline Exercise Definition

This document outlines the Joint Warfighting Center's (JWFC) standard level of exercise support for Combatant Commanders (CCMD). It details the structure for JWFC events, specifying that there will be two Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events per year per CCMD. Support includes two Deployable Training Teams (DTT) annually, communication support, model and simulation support, and Functional Capabilities support as directed by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS). Event execution is designed to be efficient, lasting no more than two weeks, with two event tests conducted per exercise.
