Addressing Current and Future Challenges in Course Development at CEI

The CEI is currently facing several challenges, including the need for four new Board members with expertise in fields like nuclear, petroleum, gas, chemical, or aviation, as well as effective marketing strategies for both domestic and international audiences. To tackle these challenges, CEI plans to develop new courses in collaboration with project teams, upgrade online course content, and expand global business partnerships. Future initiatives include licensing new courses, training regional instructors, and establishing public classes in Europe and the Middle East by 2008, enhancing CEI's training revenue streams.
