  3. Administration • Vérifier la bonne adéquation entre la prescription, la préparation et l’administration • Nom du patient • Bon médicament • Dosage • Voie d’administration • Date de péremption • Enregistrement sur un document dans le dossier patient

  4. Donner le BON PRODUIT au BON PATIENT et au BON MOMENT

  5. Les stupéfiants • Ordonnance nominative obligatoire • Comptabilité • Deux cas possible: • Stupéfiant en dotation • Stupéfiant hors dotation

  6. Les M.D.S. • Ordonnance nominative et tripliquée obligatoire • Archivage • Deux cas possible: • Service avec une dotation de MDS • Service sans dotation

  7. Les trois types de distribution à l’hôpital • La distribution globale • Les services avec armoire à pharmacie à double dotations • La DHIN : Distribution Hebdomadaire Individuelle Nominative
