This project proposal presents a solution to enhance the pizza ordering experience at Pizza Mundo, addressing key issues such as non-standardized pizza names, challenging communication of special orders, and the inability for customers to customize their pizzas. The proposed system allows customers to create their pizzas using a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) interface at in-table terminals. Customers can select toppings, crust type, and size without needing a waiter, ensuring a seamless and personalized ordering experience incorporating recognition technology for easy transaction management.
