Impact of GlcN and TN on Unspliced and Spliced XBP1, ATF4, GRP78, and CHOP Levels

DESCRIPTION

This study investigates the effects of glucosamine (GlcN) at varying concentrations (mM) and tumor necrosis factor (TN) at 0.5 μg/ml on the expression levels of unspliced and spliced XBP1, as well as ATF4, GRP78, and CHOP. Additionally, GAPDH is assessed as a control. The findings from this research provide insights into the molecular mechanisms of cellular stress responses and may have implications for therapeutic strategies targeting these pathways.
