3 Research into Properties of Spot Welded Steel Sheets PDF
Research into Properties of Spot Welded Steel Sheets

The contribution deals with parameter optimalization of resistance spot welding for hot dip zinc coated steel sheets. The mechanical properties and metallographic observation of welded joints on galvanized steel sheets were performed. Uncoated sheets from the same material were used for comparison of particular properties. The results showed that welding parameter optimalization is very important for welding of galvanized steel sheets. The bunkers and silos made of reinforced concrete have almost replaced the steel storage structures. Concrete bins possess less maintenance and other architectural qualities greater than steel storage tanks. They are used to store materials like grain, cereals, coal cement etc. They both serve the purpose of bins. Comparative Study on Analysis and Design of Skew Bridge by STAAD and ETABS Software using Finite Element Method

Skew bridges are required to cross the drains at any angle other than normal. These can be helpful in making straight crossing or utilizing the available land where normal crossing are either impossible or not suitable. The slab bridges are uneconomical for large spans due to excessive design thickness but good for small spans due to its easy execution.Bending Moment result comparison between both software i.e. Staad Pro and Etabs show little variation For Span 15 m on Staad Pro and Etabs is 74.518 kn sq.mm and 68.40kn sq.mm respectively, For Span 17 m on Staad Pro and Etabs is 71.47 kn sq.mm and66.70 kn sq.mm respectively and For Span 19 m on Staad Pro and Etabs is 79.73 kn sq.mm and71.95 kn sq.mm respectively. At constant skew angle for varying span length the torsional bending moment gradually shift toward obtuse acute angle. In both the software i.e. STAAD and ETAB the ETAB give more appropriate result in compare to STAAD. The Recovery of Debts Inherent in Cheques without Cover in Cameroon via the OHADA Simplified Recovery Procedure and Enfo

The vast number of commercial transactions that take place daily in the modern business world will be inconceivable without negotiable instruments like cheques. This is the reason why the recovery of debts inherent in cheques without cover has been given the attention it deserves within the CEMAC Region under the OHADA Uniform Act on Business Law. The OHADA Uniform Act on Simplified Recovery Procedure and Enforcement Measures has instituted a procedure in the member states of the OHADA zone to recover debts of a company when it eventually goes bankrupt or when it winds up. It should however be understood that all the member states of CEMAC are OHADA signatories. This ipso facto means that Cameroon being a member of CEMAC, with its bi jural nature, where the Common Law and Civil law legal systems operates in the Former West Cameroon and Former East Cameroon respectively, both parts of the country are bound to implement the OHADA Uniform Act in their various jurisdictions. The Uniform Act on Simplified Recovery Procedures and Enforcement Measures was issued on the 10th of April 1998. Like the Uniform Act on Securities, this Act overlaps the bound of pure business law in that it effects a general reform of civil procedure in relation to recovery and enforcement. The reform was indispensable of the OHADA Member States, only Mali had, in 1994, put in place a modern system that was suited to present day economic and social conditions. Otherwise, the relevant legislation dated, at best from the 1970s and in several cases from colonial times. The OHADA Uniform Act governs commercial companies and Economic Interest groups. Since banks are commercial companies governed under Public Limited Companies S. As , they are equally governed by the OHADA Uniform Act. Thus, this paper questions the potentials of the OHADA Simplified Recovery Procedure and Enforcement Measures in relation to the special mechanisms for the Recovery of Debts inherent in cheques without cover in Cameroon. Determinants of Audit Fees: Evidence from Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry of Bangladesh

The main objective of this study is to find out the factors that determine the audit fees in the listed pharmaceuticals and chemicals companies of Bangladesh. The study is conducted on 21 listed companies in the pharmaceuticals and chemicals industry during the period of 2015 to 2018. Client characteristics client size, leverage and return on assets , client's governance structure independent directors and audit committee and firm ranking are taken as the proxy variables of the determinants of audit fees. The study has found that client size, leverage and firm ranking have positive and significant impact on audit fees of the sample firm. On the other hand the proportion of independent directors in the board has a negative and significant impact on audit fees. However, the study did not find any significant association between audit fees and return on assets. It is suggested that policymakers should include more independent directors in the board for ensuring better governance to reduce the external audit fees. Besides, in case of maintaining obligatory audit committee, companies should consider the efficiency and effectiveness of the committee. Md. 3 Factors Determining on Customer Loyalty: Overview and Future PDF
Factors Determining on Customer Loyalty: Overview and Future

The purpose of this study is to provide a brief overview of existing loyalty models. The focus is on key factors and prospects that can help academics and marketing professionals increase customer loyalty. A literature review was used to provide a further understanding of customer loyalty and research priorities. The results of this paper argue that integrating cultural and religious influences into existing models will increase customer loyalty. The study also claims that three groups of ancestors of loyalty should be considered. Marketing specialists pay insufficient attention to cultural and religious influences when examining customer loyalty. This article is a commentary on research on previous loyalty models. It is hoped that the proposals presented in the study will inspire future researchers to create the right and effective loyalty models. The Novel Cântico Final and the Metaphysical Value of the Art in Vergílio Ferreira: From the Novel to the Film

In Cu00e2ntico Final, the main character, Mu00a1rio is torn between the metaphysics of art, the physical dimension of the ruined chapel, the transcendent project of painting it, in an absolute limit situation that is his return to his native village to die. The protagonist proves to be a Vergilian instrument to demonstrate the meta physical nature of Art, translated into the transcendence immanence embodied in the Chapel. In this sense, the narrator is a fundamental piece for understanding the narrative web. In this novel, he establishes an almost metaphysical proximity to the protagonist, letting him spread the authors ideals, namely the value of the work of art. While the book systematically explores the value of art and the mystery surrounding the painting of chapels by non believing artists, the film pays little attention to it. The film is just a story of a man who painted a chapel, while the book reflects on the mission of art, in line with Malrauxs thinking. Literature and the Word Metamorphosis: Vergílio Ferreira and the Adaptations of His Novels

Vergu00edlio Ferreiras literary production aroused the interest of several filmmakers who wanted to adapt their novels to the cinema. Despite an initial reluctance, Vergu00edlio Ferreira accepted and felt involved in the adaptations of the novels Cu00e2ntico Final and Manhu00a3 Submersa. However, adapting Vergu00edlio Ferreiras writing proves to be a complex work because of the difficulties raised by the philosophical and aesthetic style of the author that do not favor an immediate translation into the cinema, so this whole process constitutes a true metamorphosis of the word. This study presents a real time application in which the robotic system estimates the shortest way from robot's current location to target point via Q learning algorithm and makes decision to go the target point on the estimated path by using movement control. Q Learning algorithm is known as a Reinforcement Learning RL algorithm. In this study, it is used as a core algorithm for estimation of the path that is optimum way for mobile robot in an environment. The environment is viewed by a camera. This study includes three phases. Firstly, the map and the locations of all objects including a mobile robot, obstacles and target point in the environment are determined by using image processing. Secondly, Q Learning algorithm is applied for the problem of the estimation of the shortest way from the current location of the robot to target point. Finally, a mobile robot with three omni wheels was developed. Experiments were carried out using this robot. Two different experiments are performed in experimental environment. The results obtained are shared at the end of the paper. Halil Cetin | Akif Durdu | M. Fatih Aslan | M. 5 A Descriptive Study of Standard Dialect and Western Dialect of Odia Language in Terms of Linguistic Items PDF
A Descriptive Study of Standard Dialect and Western Dialect of Odia Language in Terms of Linguistic Items

Language is a unique blessing to human beings. Human beings are bestowed with the faculty of language from very primitive age. Language makes human beings social and in a society human beings communicate with the help of language. Odia is one among the constitutionally approved language of India. Odisha is situated in the eastern part of India. Presently, this state has thirty districts. Odisha is bound to the north by the state Jharkhand, to the northeast by the state West Bengal, to the east by the Bay of Bengal, to the south by the state Andhra Pradesh, and to the west by the state Chhattisgarh. The languages used by the neighboring states have a lot of influence on Odia language. In this present study a modest attempt has been made to high light the differences between Standard Odia and Western Odia dialects. Various linguistic items used by the western Odia dialect users have marked differences compared to the standard Odia. The study has been done to delve into the phonological, morphological, semantic and syntactic features of both Standard Odia and Western Odia. Secondly, for ease of understanding some amount of discussion has been made on the existing literature on language and its variety in general. As spoken form is the primary form of any language, data have been collected from the informants' conversation for analysis. A Study on Digital Payment Awareness among Small Scale Vendors

The Digital India programme is the most significant programme of the Government of India launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 1st July 2015 with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Faceless, Paperless, Cashless'u009d is one of the superficial roles of Digital India. As on November 2019 India has 1.371 trillion populations. Out of 1.371 trillion population 1.183 billion are telephone users. In that 1.161 billion Mobile phone users as on May 2019. According to TRAI, as on November 2019, 84 out of 100 citizens in India has owned a mobile phone. The smart phone revolution has led to the emergence of e commerce, m commerce and other services, including app based cab aggregators, who hearten digital payments for the use of various services. The government of India is working dedicatedly to push India towards a cashless economy through demonetization, Direct Benefit Transfers, BHIM and many more. The aim is to streamline the economy and curb corruption. Hence the researcher has focused on awareness of digital payment among small scale vendors in Tirupur city. Tirupur is a dollar city, which includes many micro and small businesses. Tirupur is opt area to conduct this research. Fifty respondents have chosen for this research. The data collected through the structured questionnaire and has analyzed by using percentage analysis and chi square technique. The researcher has found from this study people are having some illusions regarding digital payment and should be removed from their minds by bank people which was major factor people are not adopting these services. Thus, on site training like demonstration can be provided to the bank customers who intend to use e banking services. Dr. N.
