Medical and Engineering students experience stress from their 1st academic year. There are many studies which have assessed stress level of students but very few studies covered how they prevent or cope up with the stress. Hence this study was attempted with an objective to understand the influence of Gender, Academic stream, Income and Type of Family on coping strategies among medical and engineering students in Kolhapur city. Proportionate Random Sampling method was used to select respondents. Data was collected by using Cope Inventory Scale and was analyzed in SPSS. Result indicated that Medical students have high coping level abilities as compare to engineering students. In this paper, we investigated a new device, Hetero junction less H JL Double Gate Tunnel Field Effect Transistors DGTFET with high k. Heat and mass transfer characteristics of water based nanofluids over a nonlinear shrinking surface with suction is studied numerically in the incidence of magnetic field, thermal radiation under the boundary conditions heat flux and mass flux. Similarity transformations are used to renovate the governing partial differential equations into higher order nonlinear ordinary differential equations. These equations are numerically solved using fourth order Runge Kutta technique along with Nachistem Swigert shooting method. Numerical results are achieved for the nanofluid velocity, nanofluid temperature and nanoparticle concentration as well as for the skin friction coefficient, wall temperature and concentration of the wall for various values of governing physical parameters viz. magnetic interaction parameter, suction parameter, shrinking parameter, thermal radiation parameter, temperature ratio parameter and solid volume fraction of the nanoparticles such as copper and silver. Reversible circuits are one promising direction withapplications in the field of low power design or quantumcomputation. However, no real design flow for this new kind ofcircuits exists so far. The present study is carried out in the Puri district, Odisha, India to ascertain the suitability of groundwater for irrigation purposes. The parameters used to ascertain the suitability of groundwater for irrigation purposes are synthesized. The physico chemical observations used for the purpose were pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids, calcium, magnesium, potassium, carbonate, bicarbonate and the irrigation indexing parameters calculated were, sodium adsorption ratio, residual sodium carbonate, magnesium adsorption ratio, permeability ratio and Kelly's ratio. The parametric values obtained from present study shows margins of concentration ranges lies within the permissible limit which shows that as a whole ground water of the district is suitable for irrigation purposes. In most of the places the residual sodium carbonate, permeability index, Kelly ratio, magnesium absorption ratio exceeded or remain below its permissible limit. So the non tolerant crops susceptible for less yield to high sodium content can be avoided in the area. Suitable recommended use of chemicals such as lime, sulphuric acid may be added to soil with pre crop irrigation for leaching. The reduced graphene oxide RGO was fabricated by modified Hummers and chemical reduction methods. CRGO was characterized by X ray diffraction, Scanning electron microscope and Raman Spectroscope. The stability, zeta potential, thermal conductivity and rheological properties of the as prepared nanofluids were systematically investigated using different experimental methods. Metal RGO, metal oxide RGO nano composite was prepared by Ultrafine and water dispersive approach. The obtained characterized with XRD, Raman Spectroscopy, FTIRs, and SEM. This method is that the diameter of nanoparticles decorated by rGO is in the range of 3 5 nm. Solar energy is a vital untapped resource in a tropical country like ours. The main hindrance for the penetration and reach of solar PV systems is their low efficiency and high capital cost. The efficiency of solar PV is very low. In order to increase the efficiency, Maximum Power Point Tracking MPPT techniques are to be undertaken to match the source and load property. These techniques are employed in PV systems to make full utilization of PV array output power. Recently, many MPPT algorithms of PV system have been proposed which depends on solar irradiation and temperature, but perturb and observe PandO and Incremental conductance algorithms are basic and most widely used. This project firstly introduces a Mat lab Simulink of photovoltaic array. To achieve the maximum power point tracking the Incremental Conductance method and perturb and observed PandO method are used. These two algorithms are employed with PV model along with converter in Mat lab Simulink. Three different converter boost, buck boost and cuk converter are design according to requirement and used. Few comparisons such as voltage, current and power output for each different combination have been recorded. Solar powered smart irrigation systems are very useful for farmers.Solar energy has emerged as viable source of renewable energy over the past few decades and is now used for various applications such as emergency lighting, water heaters, and industrial application. It is a cheap source of energy. Thesystem consists of water pump which is solar powered with a moisture sensor used for automatic water flow control, light ambient sensor, Temperature sensorand GSM technology.It has mainly working in two modes i.e. manual mode and automatic mode. We have provide a switch which controls that modeIn this RF transmitter and RF receiver will be used to operate the overall system. A polar single axis solar panel tracker is implemented andit has an adjustable horizontal motor controlled axisandfixed vertical axis. If 2 to 3 degrees of misalignment happens then the tracker will correct its position and prevents wastage of power by continuously running motor. The light intensity of the two LDR is compared and according to the higher intensity of LDR the rotation of solar panel is decided and it is adjusted.To prevent the panel from rotating 360u00c2u00b0 the stepper motor will have overturn triggers.
