  2. The Caxton Building The Caxton Building , located at 812 Huron Road, was built in the early years of the 20th Century and is a landmark among the downtown Cleveland cityscape. Originally inhabited by printing and graphic arts businesses, the building today hosts a multitude of small and medium size organizations with specialties in Finance, Accounting, IT Consulting, Marketing, Graphic Arts, Publishing and much more. Situated in the backyard of Progressive Field and a close neighbor of Quicken Loans Arena as well as hundreds of businesses and some of Cleveland’s more popular nightlife locations, the Caxton building offers sweeping views of Cleveland's bustling Historic Gateway Neighborhood as well as prime out of home advertising space.   3. The Available Space Situated on the south façade of the Caxton building, brands will have the opportunity to take advantage of one of the best exposure points in the city. Illuminated – All signage will be illuminated for 18 hours each day. Unobstructed visibility to northbound E. 9th Street traffic which serves as a major corridor for thousands of daily downtown workers. The outdoor advertising space is also visible to drivers coming into the city on I-77 North as well as westbound innerbelt traffic. In addition to traffic exposure the outdoor space also has unobstructed visibility year round to hundreds of thousands of sports fans coming to the downtown Gateway District to cheer on the professional baseball and basketball teams in the neighborhood.
