Point in Time 2010

This project highlights the ongoing efforts to address homelessness through community outreach, public speaking engagements, newspaper articles, radio spots, and contacting agencies and churches. With local governmental support and the County Resolution methods, the project aims to provide service-based assistance both on the street and in shelters. The volunteers of Homeless Project Connect and Street Count have made a significant impact by providing essential items such as haircuts, water, tarps, socks, hats, gloves, scarves, and discounted food. The PIT Count reveals the percentage of homeless individuals and families, the unsheltered count, and disability categories. Amidst the chaos, Wanda puts on a song and dance show, and Christina joins the efforts at Bambi's request.
