Feedback • The purpose of positive feedback is to solve the problem, improve the situation, groom a piece of work and help someone. • While some one is giving feedback, it is important that the person who is asking for feedback, does not interrupt and listens attentively. • No explanations or justifications need to be given. Just listen and write down what the other person is saying.

  3. The Feedback Strategy - PQP • Praise • Question • Polish

  4. Praise • Identify 3 things that you liked about the piece of writing.

  5. Question • Ask 2 questions about what you were not clear about. You could use Level 1, 2 and 3 questions.

  6. Polish • Give 1 suggestion how the writer could improve her piece of writing.
