This study explores the dynamics of double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) and single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) in the context of PoLV infections, focusing on the P14 and P19 extracts. Using various magnifications (250X, 500X, 50X, and 5X), we analyze the expression and variations of RNA types, specifically the impact of PoLVΔ14 and α-P14 on the host response. This research aims to provide insights into viral behavior and potential therapeutic targets. The findings may contribute to understanding the molecular mechanisms involved in RNA viral pathogenesis.
