  5. Mission Statement Bandicoot is a Rock magazine that appeals to teenagers and young adults to engage them in the world of rock music. Each issue will contain a new band each month with a personal profile to educate the readers in their favourite band’s lives of before the fame. Bandicoot has a unique selling point of latest band member tattoos: hot or not! This engages the readers and gives them an opportunity to voice their opinions.

  6. Reader Profile Jack, 18, is a art student who loves rock music. He listens to it whenever he can and it influences the choices he makes in life, including fashion statements, TV shows, who he’s friends with, etc.. Jack feels that music has a big impact on his life as it can affect his mood, his attitude and it also influences those around him as he will recommend music to his friends and family which will also change the way they view things the way it does to Jack.

  11. Reader Profile Kate, 16, loves reading, listening, sleeping and breathing music. She finds pop music relaxes her and it can vary to describe almost every mood she feels. She loves to read pop magazines as she can get a feels at what her favourite artists are like away from the cameras. As Kate aspires to be singer, she thinks pop music helped her realize her dreams and wants to share the music with the world.

  16. Reader Profile Charlie, 23, loves anything and everything indie. He gets all his mates together so they can hangout and listen to all their favourite indie tunes. Charlie believes music can change your life and that is why he listens to indie. Charlie plays guitar and loves to learn all of his favourite songs to impress his mates.
