El debate sobre crecimiento y desarrollo • El crecimiento económico ha sido tradicionalmente considerado como el pre-requisito más importante para el desarrollo, que estimula otros cambios sociales e institucionales. • Recientemente se considera que este crecimiento tiene serios límites: • En su misma posibilidad (sustentabilidad) • Por su limitada distribución social (inequidad) • Por su reducida vinculación con la realización humana.
