Potential Implications • Add to the literature on minority recruitment at Predominantly White Institutions (PWIs) • Guide student affairs practice in admissions • Avoid misrepresentation of institution • Increase collaboration between admissions and student affairs • Focus on long-term recruitment • Lead to collaboration with other institutions • Offer more supplemental approaches
