  1. WELCOME TO THE HERMES END OF DATA TAKING SYMPOSIUM

  2. How it should go today • Session 1 at 10:00 • Coffee at 11:30 • Lunch at 12:45 • Session 2 at 14:14 • Session ends 16:30 • 17:30 Hermes Soccer game • 20:00 Group picture in East Hall • 20:00 BBQ • 23:00 End of data taking!!!!

  3. Important points • Lunch is in the canteen across the street. • The soccer game is on the DESY pitch. • Please wear you badge • You need it a the BBQ and the Bauernhaus.

  5. BBQ Starts at 20:00 • You need an access card • Bring you own or get a guest card from Sabine. • Safety lecture

  6. Safety lecture for HEDT • You must use the card to check in when you enter the gate and check out when you leave. • Minors are not allowed below ground. • Please do not enter room 100 which is the big hall. • Max occupancy of the control room is 20. • People with guest cards have to be accompanied by someone with a permanent card. • To enter the control room go through the workshop. • No food and beer in the control room.

  7. Excursion If you are interested in a harbor tour on Monday please sign up with Sabine. The cost is 10 euro plus bus fare.
