  1. Dual Enrollment Info! Before the student may register for a DE class, YOU MUST: 1.  Create their "my.maricopa" account 2.  Apply for Admissions (wait 20 mins after creating their my.maricopa account ) 3.  Activate your Maricopa email 4.  YOU MUST provide your 8-digit College ID # (MEID#) for registration!

  2. Dual Enrollment Info! AFTER YOU HAVE “Applied” to CGCC: Will be picked up by CGCC on AUGUST 5th Ms. Bartheleme (Bookstore) will take your registration form, necessary attachments & payment for you! Any time AFTER Aug.5 YOU will be responsible for taking your registration form & payment to CGCC campus!!!

TERM: Fall YEAR: 2013 COURSE: BIO 160 CLASS #: Per. 1: 23589 INSTRUCTOR: Kilanowski CREDITS: Lecture - 4 COST: Check the CGCC website for CURRENT FEES WAYS to PAY: You may bring a check made out to Chandler-Gilbert Community College to the Bookstore up to AUGUST 5thOR Log on to the website to set up a payment plan ($20 to start) through the tuition office OR Log on to the website to pay online

Complete registration PACKET Completed Registration Form with your MEID # Parent & student signatures Student Declaration of Citizenship or Status Form (online at CGCC) Photocopy of AZ Driver’s License, AZ ID Card OR U.S. Passport AIMS Test Scores (Ms. Margie in Counseling) BIO 160 students DO NOT need to test (ACCUPLACER)! You MUST supply CGCC with your passing AIMS Test scores!!! Tuition payment DUE: Sept. 16, 2013 If you do NOT pay in full/have a payment plan started, you WILL BE DROPPED from the class! ???s
