  4. Assumptions • This process starts when all appropriate approvals have been obtained through the agency Project Portfolio Process and the Senior IT Committee. • This process will take several days, please plan accordingly.

IT RFP Review Process • Discover and Document Functional Requirements • What the agency wants to accomplish and how • Agency works with BIT Development to complete • Draft RFP • Template available • Agency works with BIT Development to complete • Complete RFP Review Questions (new) • Provide functional and technical project information • Help BIT understand what the agency will be expecting • Agency works with BIT Development to complete

IT RFP Review Process • Complete RFP Technical Review Meeting (new) • Establish a common understanding of goals of the RFP • Identify and discuss technical issues that could impact the project • Help BIT understand what the agency will be expecting • Help the Agency understand the technical aspects of the project • Ensure the project can be supported by BIT • Agency, BIT Development and BIT Technical Infrastructure Areas participate
