  1. Skylite Communications Is Launching ETHERNETPEDIA APP on 22nd May 41st anniversary of Ethernet Skylite Communicationsis going to make life easy for Networking Installers. They can find any query regarding Networking Installation, Cables & types, can perform comparisons b/w the various types of cables work efficiently in different environments. Skylite Communicationsis launching an app named, “ETHERNETPEDIA”. This revolutionary and timely needed app would address all pertinent questions. This will encapsulate networking cable types & related materials, knowledge on “how to”; installation tips and discusses the adequate environment for various steps involved. To commemorate 41st anniversary of Ethernet, We are very excited to announce and launch this app on May 22, 2014. Its menu consists of the following categories:

  2. 1. History: Facts on Ethernet journey, from earlier stages to-date will be described.2. The Encyclopedia section: It will provide authentic and to-the-point information on various types of Category Ethernet cables with all the features and specifications.3. Installation guidelines: Step by step procedures to perform installations in various types of environments and situations, with simple yet adequate information supported by diagrams.4. Comparison sheet: This section deals with the technical data about the cables, the rated temperatures, reference standards, size, diameter, conductors, spline and insulations of different types of Ethernet wires, plus going to give you the luxury of comparing 2 cables side by side. This will help to differentiate cables, and ultimately guide to make an intelligent decision.5. The standardization: This section will discuss various standards and certifications for network cables, such as IEE\ETL\UL444 etc. currently applied in the cable industry.6.
