  2. Alexandre Gustave Eiffel created the Eiffel Tower in 1887 and was finish on March 28,1889. • He also work on the internal body of the Statue of Liberty and the Notre Dame.

  3. The Eiffel Tower was the tallest building in the entire world until 1930 when the Chrysler building was built in the United States. • The French name for the Eiffel Tower is La Tour Eiffel and has the nickname La dame de fer which means The Iron Lady

  4. The famous Chef Aldain Ducasse holds a gourmet restaurant on the second floor. • Le Figaro sets up a printing press on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower in 1889. The paper is published on sites and visitors who buy it can have their names inscribed on their copy.
