Instructions on use of template • Consider whether your presentation is either a discussion presentation (DP) or information presentation (IP) • A DP will call on the meeting to take action; an IP is simply presenting information with no action required by the meeting. • Title slide: • Meeting title is ‘16thSCM’ • Agenda item will be inserted by PC • Delete either DP or IP, and insert presentation subject • Insert presenter name • Include organization logo if desired • Introduction slide: • Outline key background to presentation (limit to one slide) • Discussion slide: • Include additional details (limit to 10 slides for time constraints) • Summary slide: • Final conclusions of the presentation (limit to one slide) • Action by Meeting slide: • Only use for DP (do not include for IP) Delete this instruction slide when complete
