  2. AboutMe I am 22 years old, and I will be the best Big Sister role model. I love children and always wanted a little sister. Being a younger sister, I always looked up to my sister and thought she was the best. I would love the opportunity to give another girl inspiration, motivation, and just some fun girl time!

  3. Background My parents were born in Guatemala, I was born in California, and moved to Utah when I was 8. As a minority, I could be a great example to young girls, and also teach them about my culture.

  4. Academics As a student in Elementary, Jr. High, and High School, I was always on the honor roll. I obtained my cosmetology diploma while in high school and am currently going to school for business so I can one day own my own salon chain. I could tutor and help young girls excel in their school work.

  5. Music I played the clarinet for 5 years and play very well. I also know the basics of playing the piano. Sports I have played on softball teams, and also enjoy playing basketball for fun. I am athletic and know the importance of living a healthy life.

  6. Girls Just Want to Have Fun… I love to cook and try new recipes, I enjoy watching movies, I love scrapbooking, I like joking around, I enjoy swimming, going ice skating, watching plays, I like dancing, decorating, planning parties, camping, hiking and doing hair.

  7. I have great morals, and am a very trustworthy person. I believe I would be a great role model for a girl needing a big sister. I am very well rounded and believe all girls need someone they can look up to, who will show them and teach them things they might never learn if they were never in this program.
