  5. Meetings • Youth meeting with Rev Maruping today after the church service • CWM general prayer meeting will be held today

  6. MYT Family Day • MYT Family day scheduled for 22 February 2014

  7. NTS • NTS Marketing Committee in need of people to join the committee • Task entail promoting the NTS; Fund Raising • Interested people can see Danny after the church service

  8. Care • Member requiring assistance with accommodation • Please meet with Brother Brenden in the vestry after the church service

  9. Calendars • The calendars are still available from the Communications Committee. Only few copies left. A copy is R50 each. Copies can be obtained from Tumi and Thabang • Please replace Tumi’s e-mail address on the calendar with tumiemacb@gmail.com

  10. Choir • The choir is constantly in need of people who would like to join the choir. All young and old are welcome to join. • Rehearsals are held on Fridays at 17h30 and Sundays after the church service

  11. Letter from Music Commission • Due to poor raffle tickets sales the Music Commission has come to the following decision: • First Prize – R10 000 (not a car anymore) • Second Prize – Laptop and Printer • Third Prize – Blackberry Curve • New draw date – 01 March 2014 • People unhappy with the decision to claim their full ticket refund with proof accordingly

  12. Bereavement • Dr Helen Smith (the late Dr Nico Smith’s wife) passed on yesterday. • Details for the funeral will be provided during the course of the week.
