Analysis of Consensus Splice Sites in RNA Transcripts

This study examines the consensus splice sites at position 5' of RNA transcripts, specifically focusing on the data recorded over a time interval of 0.30 minutes. Utilizing computational tools, we analyze the sequence features associated with splice sites and their variations in Acon, Ccon, Kcon, and Lcon regions. Our findings aim to enhance the understanding of RNA splicing mechanisms and improve annotation accuracy. This work contributes to the broader field of molecular biology and genetics.
