  3. What do you want out of this workshop? • Snacks! • Doing my jail time for technology sessions • Act 48 hours • Learn terminology • Create a documents • See how I can incorporate into my classroom • Others?

How do you currently use Publisher in your classroom? • Brochures • Business Cards/Tickets • Flyers • I use it for my husband’s invoices • “I don’t that’s why I’m here” • “I am an expert and use it every day!” • I use it for fundraising and the senior class trip. • Address labels • Banners • Calendars

  5. Basic Features: • Pre-designed templates • Wait for your information to be entered. • You can delete unwanted boxes and add/move boxes as well. • Incorporate clip art and images from Internet • Bulleted items

  6. Our Examples and Work Time • We will show you examples of our Publisher documents we’ve used in our classrooms and for our clubs and activities. • Work time: we will have time for you to practice and play around creating different documents and using the various functions.
