  4. VISIONS ANDTARGETS 2014 . PARTNERSHIPS WITH RINKS TO CONTINUE TO BE STRATEGIC IN BOOKING OUR ICE TIME. CREATE A STRUCTURE TO BE SUPOPRTED BY WAHA. BUILD A BETTER AFFILIATION BETWEEN OUR REP PROGRAM AND THE REST OF THE ASSOCIATION. MAINTAIN INFORMATION MORE EFFECTIVELY. CONTINUE TO GROW OUR NUMBERS OF PLAYERS

PJH & WAHA: Structure • PJH will become “Portland Jr. Winterhawks, an affiliated 501c3 non-profit operating under WAHA” • Portland Jr. Winterhawks (PJW) operates as a USA Hockey association under the authority of the Oregon State Hockey Association (OSHA) as the governing USA Hockey affiliate for Oregon • PJW Youth hockey Directors responsible for operations and program execution • Goal is to be recognized as a best-practices USA Hockey association incorporating the American Development Model for player development

Potential2 • The Portland Jr. Winterhawks and Winterhawks Varsity Hockey are two important reflections on the Winterhawks organization. • High standards for integrity, quality, professionalism and strong execution • We are all “brand ambassadors” Great hockey families + strong leadership = exciting potential!

  13. Fundraising Program The price of registration this year will include a $25 fundraising fee that will enter you into a raffle for a chance to win a Suite at a Winterhawks game.
