Registered Apprenticeship is an Employer Driven Training Model. Programs benefit both the employer and apprentices Apprentices are your EMPLOYEES, new and incumbent Employers can design and oversee a program OR partner with another program sponsor
Registered Apprenticeship Programs are: Training programs tailored to the needs of an industry/organization Structured on-the-Job training programs ranging from 1 to 4 years Related Technical Instruction, at least 144 clock hours per year

Simple Registration Process Identify the specific occupational/skill needs for your industry. Chooses WHO provides instruction and WHEN apprentices complete RTI Document – work with RA coordinator to identify the work processes to suit your company’s needs. EMPLOYERS determine the Wage schedule for apprentices. Signs a basic “Standards” agreement stating how the program and process will be operated. Implements and monitors the program with the assistance of RA Program Coordinators
