  1. Environmental Solutions for a Greener Planet Master Distributor for IHS

  2. A Way To Move Forward HGV Industry needs 1. The ability to comply with changing emissions standards being set by Federal and Local Governments 2. To find ways to Increase fuel efficiency 3. To lower operating costs 4. To change public perception in regards to the impact they are having on the environment 5. To be able to set and meet environmental sustainability levels internally as well as meet Federal and Local standards This is an opportunity for us to solve these problems…

  3. Hydrogen On Demand More complete burning of all the fuel that enters the combustion chamber 1. Increased engine power with same amount of fuel 2. Less residual fuel in exhaust fumes and oil Impact of Hydrogen on the combustion cycle 1. Cleaning of built up carbon deposits within the engine Less Soot in the combustion process 1. Reduced contamination of engine oils 2. Reduced soot in the exhaust fumes

  4. Hydrolyst™ Overview Hydroxy gas enhances (catalyses) the combustion process through 1. Faster flame spread leading to a more complete burn of all the fuel 2. Leaner combustion process results in less soot production 3. Increased engine power due to force of hydrogen combustion Results are decreased emissions, decreased fuel consumption and over time removal of carbon deposits from the engine

  5. Hydrolyst™ Overview The Hydrolyst™ is a Hydrogen Generating Module for HGV Vehicles that run on many different fuel types The product produces a perfect mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gas (Hydroxy gas), on demand, through a controlled electrolysis process This gas is delivered to the engine's air intake, where it is mixed with the air, enters the engine’s cylinders and participates in the combustion process

  6. The Hydrolyst™ The Hydrolyst™ Module consists of three (3) distinctive subassemblies, all packaged to be fitted inside or around the engine compartment on a HGV, in the proximity of the engine intake manifold The Remote Fill Reservoir13” W x 13” L x 10” H 3 Lbs. (dry), 45 Lbs. (filled) The Hydroxy Gas Generator Cell15” W x 16” L x 13” H 50 Lbs. (dry), 68 Lbs. (filled) An Electrical Box 7” W x 4.5” L x 9” H 5 Lbs.

  7. Hydrolyst™ Hydrogen Generator Benefits 1. Reduced Fuel Costs 2. Return on Investment (ROI) 3. Reduce number of oil changes required 4. Longer Engine Life (Lower Maintenance Costs) Additional Benefits Include Reduced Emissions (Reduced DPF Regeneration Cycle) Lease Money Back Guarantee Program Performance Guarantee Agreement Potential Green Credits

  8. IHS Overview IHS was founded in December 2004 in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, with its head office located in Newmarket, Ontario. Over $3,500,000 was invested from 2004 to 2010 to bring the Hydrolyst™ to a commercialized state The Hydrolyst™ is a patented device that improves combustion efficiency in internal combustion engines The Hydrolyst™ product claims are supported by quantification, verification, and certification (QVC) from Wardrop Engineering and Clean Air Technologies, and University of Auburn (SAE J-1321 Type II Fuel Test)

  9. IHS Overview Cont. The Hydrolyst™has been extensively tested with years of field trials on a number of different types of vehicles with over 125,000,000 road miles of testing having been completed IHS successfully completed a second round of financing to be utilized to develop infrastructure to support mass sales of the Hydrolyst™ The infrastructure is currently in place to support mass sales and manufacturing of the Hydrolyst™ 2011 fleet installations 1. 160 HGV Truck fleets 2. Signed Agreement with Bus OEM
