Real-time status 24x7 on mgov portal ( www.mgov.gov.in) & regular posts on social media ( www.facebook.com/DIT.MGOV, @mgovindia, http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXJD3ciK4vBDklnn3O3pv4Q ) M-payment solutions available through cards, net-banking & IMPS USSD & IVRS Services available to the departments

Independent Evaluation Undertaken in June 2013 by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Mumbai • For 78% respondents, Mobile-Seva has brought in efficiency. • For 90% respondents, Mobile-Seva has led to better citizen interface. • For 90% respondents, Mobile-Seva has simplified their procedures. • For 78% respondents, Mobile-Seva has resulted in cost savings • Mobile-Seva’s participatory-design, performance & reliability, and team’s responsiveness have been highly appreciated.

We have been able to map and track valuable and critical equipment (EVM) and the voters have benefited from the accurate mapping of polling station locations made possible …" Election Commission of India --- "We have been able to reach a vast cross section of citizens using the PUSH SMS channel of MSDG, and also, citizens have been able to reach us quickly using the PULL SMS channel of MSDG." We have started sending introductory and welcome messages to farmers and I must say their services are helping us to great extent in reaching farmers with the help of SMSs. Haryana – Status Push SMS integration: • 11 accounts (departments/ agencies) with a total of 13.3 lakh+ SMSes • Most prolific users: Agricultural Meteorology CCS (Haryana Agricultural University), Department of Information Technology (Haryana), Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Pull SMS integration: • 14 services but with only 970+ SMSes pulled • Most used: DHBVN (Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam) and UHBVN (Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam) Mobile Apps: • 5 live apps • Most downloaded: MunicipalCorporationGurgaon (488)
