Performance Measures and Organization Assessment • Does your organization’s strategic plan establish an evaluation process and performance indicators to measure goal accomplishment? • Are organization stakeholders involved in the evaluation process? • Does your evaluation include components that assess whether organizational programs and systems comply with the organization’s mission? • Are evaluation results reflected in a revised strategic plan? .

Performance Measures and Organization Assessment • Does your organization collect data, for each of its programs, to measure performance and ensure progress toward achieving its goals? • Does your organization analyze performance data it collects and report findings to stakeholders in a timely manner (i.e. issue an annual report)? • Does your organization’s board or staff periodically review its mission statement and modify it to reflect changes in its environment? • Does your organization continually assess internal operations for efficiency and effectiveness and make adjustments accordingly?
