South Australia – Dept of Education and Children Services ICAN and FLO in Schools • 80 ICAN / FLO Case Managers trained as C.Y.P.F.S Leader’s in 2009 DECS in a Pilot across 4 ICAN Regions • Trained an additional 200 ICAN Youth Workers 09 / 10 • Roll out of ICAN and Youth Leadership and Mentoring across all 12 Regions over the next 3 years • CYPFS matched against the SACE & ICAN – PLP (Personal Learning Plan) subject • Life Business is a SA DECS preferred training provider and continues to train School Based Youth Mentors and ICAN Flo Case Managers across the state. ©Life Business Consultancy 2010

Ontario, Canada Pilot 2010 • North Bay, Ontario in February 2010 • Trained 43 workers and 6 trainers from 4 School boards, Youth Mental Health Services and Juvenile Justice • Purpose, to bring services together across a district to support at risk disengaged YP with a common methodology. • Conducted a pilot across 5 sites including 50 YP who completed module 1 and Module 2 and had 4- 6 coaching sessions • Pre and post evaluations.
