NEWS! • All insurers joined the meeting at Manulife plaza. Contents: • Compile the same “Basic life insurance training program” to get license from MOF • Suggest MOF: if agent get license from A insurer and they transfer to other, no need to take a test
1. ESTABLISH NEW DEPARTMENT Business Needs: • To match with the increasing & development of Sales force • To enhance training system better day after day • To re-organize training chart in training department Therefore we propose to create a training planning department

ESTABLISH NEW DEPARTMENT Functions & responsibilities • Making training plan • Designing & revising training programs • Implementing all training programs effectively to nationwide. • Researching, implement and make plan for recruiting & setting policy for trainer. • Systemizing training material for study and develop.

ESTABLISH NEW DEPARTMENT Functions & responsibilities • Making training plan to support agencies get all kind of certificates. • Setting up criteria for performance appraisal of trainer & trainee. • Setting up training room at well location. • Preparing training budget; • Making training course statistic;

2. REGULATIONS IN TRAINING & TEST • If SM receive 2 warning letters, terminate SM/Pre-BM contract • If BM receive 4 warning letters, terminate BM contract
3. TRAINING ACTIVITIES THIS MONTH • Coaching new trainer & fresh trainer (HCM&HN) • Delivering workshop for BM • Developing trainers • Recruiting new trainer • Holding the test seriously & strictly.
