  2. Plot Plot What happened in the beginning of the book? In the beginning of the book, Jeremy Thatcher runs to a mysterious place that he never saw before. He buys something that turns out to be a dragon egg. What happened in the middle of the book? In the middle of the book, Jeremy finds out the only one how could see her was Mary Lou and him. What happened at the end of the book? At the end of the book, Jeremy has to give up the dragon ( Tiamat ). He brought everything he was told. The eggshell, teeth, and skin she shed.   4. Characters Write the name of each main character and a sentence that tells about them. Put each character on a new line. Jeremy Thatcher is very brave. He told the truth to his art teacher, Mr. Kravitz. He knew he was going to kicked out of the art contest. And he asked Mr. Kravitz, why do you hate me. That’s really brave. Give an example from the book that supports the genre you chose. The genre is fiction. Dragons aren’t real and there was a little magic too. The part when the magic shop a peered out of no where.
