  2. With Power comes responsibility: RESPECT the rules • Ashley is in class. Ashley’s teacher is conducting a discussion. Ashley’s cell phone is supposed to be turned off. Her phone vibrates and it is a text message from her sister at home. What should Ashley do? IN CLASS unless it is part of instruction! Turn it off Ashley!

  3. Be a good digital citizen: RESPECT your audience • Brooke is searching for a beach background to put on her background for a presentation about the novel the class just finished (The Cay). She comes across a picture of a beach scene she wants to use, but it has people in bathing suits. What should she do? Brooke decided to choose another picture: This is the picture she chose instead This is the picture she didn’t choose

  4. Be a good digital citizen: PROTECT A student was searching for puzzlemaker.com, the words popped up in the search box that said: “porn and other bad words”. She reported it to Mrs. Lowery immediately. Mrs. Lowerywas then able to report this slip in our firewall to the technology department to update for future protection.
