  2. Motif de consultation 18 mois Fièvre 41°et Angine

  3. HDM (1) Le matin, hyperthermie 38°5 Voit son médecin généraliste : diagnostic d’angine Pas de strepto test Mise sous Amoxicilline: 50 mg/kg en 3 prises

  4. Le soir: fièvre à 41° frissons, enfant abattue + Fièvre réagit bien à Ibuprofène 2 prises d’Amoxicilline Examen clinique négatif en dehors d’une angine Streptotest non fait car 2 prises d’antibiotiques HDM (2)

  5. Fièvre 41° + Frissons + Angine sous Amoxicilline Aucun signe respiratoire QUE FAITES VOUS ? QUEL DIAGNOSTIC EVOQUEZ VOUS ? Finalement…

  6. Quel diagnostic évoquez vous ? • Angine bactérienne résistante aux antibiotiques ? • Angine virale • Autre infection bactérienne ? • Aucune des propositions précédentes

  7. CRP?… • CRP= 80

  8. Que proposez vous ? • Changement d’antibiotique Amox Clav • Prélèvement de gorge • Changement d’antibiotique  Macrolides • Aucune de ces propositions
