  2. MEET THE TEAM Tom Smart Managing Director & Head Engineer Tom has worked within the sector for over a decade. He has over seen the dramatic changes and improvements within the sector, particularly in entertainment & connectivity which now dominates everything. Tom is a self-confessed “Good Guy” who tries to do the best in whatever situation he finds himself him. It’s because of Toms’ dedication to constantly high standard and personable attitude, T-Smart Technology has as many happy customers as we have and the company have earned the reputation that we have.   3. Customer Relations Manager Gemma is the delightful voice you will hear at the other end of calls to T-Smart Technology, known not for her spelling but her sultry tones and easy going style. Despite never picking up a tool, Gemma is an expert within her own right of audio visual, CCTV and telecommunications systems which enables her to fault find and identify potential problems you may be experiencing with your systems. Gemma goes the mile in relation to communicating with customers which helps us run as efficiently as possible and dramatically minimises the time that our customers & clients have to wait for appointments. Dan Barr Trainee Engineer & Installer Dan has been a member of the team since early 2017 and is promptly improving his installation skillsets. Originally employed because of his easy going personality, seeing off well over 100 applicants, Dan is very popular with the customers of T-Smart Technology and we are confident in time that he will become a very good engineer. Dan also has the unique skill in that he can sniff out a Subway within a 10 mile radius of his current location. Find Us
