TREX User Satisfaction Survey Results

In April 2009, a user satisfaction survey was conducted for the TREX system, which was fully implemented by October 2008. The survey, distributed to 1714 users, achieved a 23% response rate with 392 participants. Notably, 42% identified as scientific/technical users, while 48% were travelers utilizing the system. Key findings revealed varied levels of experience, with 33% using TREX once or twice and 25% frequently engaging over ten times. This report compares responses based on user roles and provides valuable insights for future enhancements.
