  4. The Greatest Love • Initiated and fulfilled our salvation, Eph. 2:4; Jno. 3:16; 1 Jno. 3:16; 4:19 • No greater love! • For friends, Jno. 15:13-14 • For enemies, Rom. 5:8 • Know the love of Christ, Eph. 3:16-19

The Greatest Hope Hebrews 6:17-20 • Two unchangeable things (because God cannot lie): • His Promise and His Oath, 6:17-18 (13) • We have “strong consolation” • Our hope rests upon our faith and anchors our soul, 6:19 (Heb. 11:1) • We give “all the more careful attention” because of our hope, Heb. 2:1, 3

  10. The Tragedy of Drifting Hebrews 2:1-3 • So great a salvation! • Great: Savior, Love, Rescue, Multitude, Reward, Certaintiesand Hope • Certain punishment for disobedience, 2:2-3 • Give more earnest heed to God’s word, the gospel of His Son, Heb. 2:1; 1:2; 12:25
