  2. Select Commence Relief Brief. Note: Both controllers must be plugged in for relief brief to be legally recorded. Reselect or select RELkey to terminate Brief. BRF RELIEF BRIEF

  3. Select appropriate landline and begin speaking. FAA APC ANSWER CALL If key is not displayed on G/G page, select and begin speaking. Reselect or select REL key to terminate call. CA

  4. Select appropriate shoutline or intercom and begin speaking. Reselect or select REL key to terminate call. YELL FAA VOICE CALL

  5. Select appropriate landline. Line will automatically ring. Reselect or select REL key to terminate call. RING FSS AUTO RING CALL

  6. Select appropriate landline. Then select Release key to end ring signal Reselect or select REL key to terminate call. BASEOPS MANUAL RING CALL RING

  7. Select appropriate landline. Then dial 2 or 3 digit number. Reselect or select REL key to terminate call. DESK ZLA DIAL LINE CALL

  8. Forward landlines to another position: Select + 2 or 3 digit number A FLASHING GREEN light will be displayed. Receiving position hears a  CHIME and selects  FLASHING CALL FWDto accept. Light becomes SOLID GREEN at sending position. ……………………………………………… To cancel (from receiving position): Select + dial #502 CALL FWD FORWARD CALLS KEY PAD

  9. A/G HSLS Use to switch radios from headset to speaker Use to switch landlines from headset to speaker G/G HSLS SOLID GREEN light on key indicates that audio is in speaker position. No light indicates key is not selected. HEADSET-SPEAKER Use to switch both radios and landlines from headset to speaker HSLS

  10. Select or deselect transmit/receive: Select SOLID GREEN on key indicates that frequency TX/RX have been selected. FLUTTERING GREEN indicates frequency in use at your position. FLUTTERING RED indicates frequency in use at another position. TX SEL RX SEL or TRANSMIT RECEIVE

  11. To switch to standby radios: Select To switch back to main radios: Select TX MAIN RX MAIN + MAIN STBY RADIO TX STBY RX STBY +

  12. To access both GUARD frequencies: Select on G/G Page and hold down to transmit. Release key to end transmission. To transmit on either VHF or UHF: Select and hold down TX SEL to transmit. Release key to end transmission. ERAD PTT UHF VHF GUARD TX SEL 243.0

  13. Forward radios to another position: Select + 2 or 3 digit number A FLASHING GREEN light will be displayed. Receiving position hears a  CHIME and selects  FLASHING CALL FWDto accept. Light becomes SOLID GREEN at sending position. …………………………………………………. To cancel (from receiving position): Select + dial #800 FREQ FWD FORWARD RADIOS KEY PAD

  14. To monitor a position: Select on G/G Page To cancel: Select again, or WEST APC WEST APC REL MONITOR POSITION

  15. When a new map has been sent to your position, a  CHIME will be heard and the RCN ENAB key will be  FLASHING GREEN. Select to accept the new map. RCN ENAB RECONFIGURE
