  1. Insert the Username and Password given to you from the administrator

  2. Check a Core Number • At any point you would like to check the value of a core or to see if it is bankable core just click on the icon or menu option. • Great for the production staff and managers to insure the correct cores are going into the system.

Check a Core Number (cont.) • Insert the Hollander Prefix (see Chart Below) • Insert the Hollander Interchange number • Hit Submit • If the core is accepted then the accepted box will appear with the populated price. • If the core is not accepted then after hitting submit nothing will appear. • If the core is accepted you can click on “Add Box” and the item will be added to your current working box Hollander Prefix Chart 300-Engine 400-Transmisssion 412- Transfer Case

  4. Create New Load • When you are ready to start boxing your cores click on the “Create New Load” tab • Only create a new load once per load, do not create a new load for every box of cores.

  5. Create New Load(cont.) • Insert your “Load Title” • Example would be: • Go Auto 7-5 (date) • Insert your “Load Description” • Example would be: • Go Auto start date 7-5 • Once you hit submit you will use this “Load Title” until you get 24 boxes or Admin closes the load out.

  6. Load A Box • Once you have created a load title you can start loading your boxes electronically. • Click on the icon or the menu option to start the process.

  7. Load A Box (cont.) • Insert you Hollander Prefix and Interchange. • If there is any type of damage or parts missing that we need to know about insert them in the description box. • Once the information is inserted hit submit and the item will appear in the box description section. You are able to see all items in this particular box with weight and price paid.

Load A Box (cont.) • Once the box is physically full click on the “Next Box” arrow • (Do not hit Create New Load) • This will take you to the next box electronically . • At any time you need to edit a box or delete an item use the “Prev. Box” to go back and then use the Edit or Delete buttons • You are able to see a summary of the load as you are building it in this section

  9. View Load and Create BOL • Once you have completed 24 boxes click on the “View Load” icon or menu option. • To help keep the logistic cost down we need to keep the total weight of the load as close to 42,000 pounds as possible. So please fill the boxes up with out breaking any items.

  10. View Load and Create BOL(cont.) • Once you have completed 24 boxes or Admin requests click on Create BOL • A copy of the BOL will come up with your facility’s information along with a few questions for you to answer about pick up date. Make sure you print the BOL before hitting submit. • Once you hit submit the BOL goes to Admin to be scheduled for pickup.

  11. That’s It • Once you submit your BOL you simply start the process over again • Once your submitted the load is checked in Admin will contact you to let you know your load has been completed.
