  5. Activities • Socialising – karaoke, picnics, Centre activities (sports, culture exchange) • Tours – observation, sightseeing

  6. Culture and People • Generally pleasant, polite and friendly • Respect for others • Proud of their culture and language • Serious and hardworking at work

  7. Lessons Learned • Work Attitudes • Respect and tolerance of others • Knowledge Sharing • Maximising resources
